Join LOUD Art Society for Kites in Motion, a free, family-friendly arts and wellness experience in downtown Calgary. This participatory event invites people of all ages to explore creativity, connection, and joy through hands-on kite-making in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

What to Expect
- Design Your Own Kite
- Create a personalized kite using pre-cut templates, paints, markers, and eco-friendly materials.
- Message in the Sky
- Add a meaningful message, hope, or affirmation to your kite. Reflect on what you want to release or invite into your life.
- Mini Kite Station
- A simplified, accessible option for young children or those who prefer a smaller activity.
- Community Clean-Up Circle
- We’ll close the day with a collective clean-up, reinforcing care for our shared spaces and environment.
